How will people know my website is safe?

A website can be built in many different ways and with many different platforms these days. Having an SSL Certificate on your website gives the visitor who enters an SSL-protected page on your website a trusted and secure feeling. Any website that is protected with an SSL Certificate displays a padlock icon and the http:// prefix in the URL address.

Most of the internet users are aware of the SSL indicators but SSL Certificate also provides a Site Seal that you can add to your website. A site seal shows visitors that  your site is verified and secured. Visitors can click the seal to view your certificate’s status and details, seeing for themselves that it’s safe to send sensitive information to your website.

A highest level of Authentication is achieved by an Extended Validated (EV) SSL which displays a green browser bar as well, giving users the visible check marks of Trust.
